The Annual Meeting of Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 5:15 pm, Pacific Time. The meeting will be held at the Gardena Corporate Office at 879 W. 190th Street, 8th floor, Gardena, California. Members may attend online or in-person. At this meeting, reports will be given by the Board Chair, the President/CEO, and the Supervisory Committee Chairperson.
If no nominee petitions are submitted for vacancies, then there will be no ballot for the election. No nominations from the floor will be accepted. The Board Chair will declare each nominee elected by acclamation at the Annual Meeting.
