NGFCU is currently seeking a highly skilled team player to lead in the role of a Branch Manager. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing leadership at our branch in Linthicum Heights, MD. Duties include being fully responsible for the member service and sales activities, including business development, branch operations and regulatory compliance.

Summary of Primary Functions
NGFCU is currently seeking a Call Center Representative I/II in its Gardena, CA, Palmdale, CA, and Linthicum Heights, MD locations. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing phone support to the members calling the call center. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing counsel to new and existing members, in regards to various credit union products and services, and performing assigned teller tasks associated with the processing of member transactions. These transactions may include, member inquiries, processing mail, wire processing and authorized account changes. Summary of Primary Functions
The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is the primary point of responsibility for Credit Union compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and provides strategic leadership for all facets of organizational compliance. The CCO also serves as the BSA Compliance Officer (BSACO) and directly manages fraud prevention and detection.
The CCO creates, reviews, and maintains policies and procedures to ensure all compliance requirements are established and functioning properly. The CCO reviews documents, forms, disclosures, and online materials created by operational organizations for compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. The CCO assists operations with transactions/member requests that require specialized compliance expertise. The CCO designs training programs and materials and delivers training to the operational departments on compliance issues and upcoming or potential regulatory changes. The CCO designs and administers testing strategies and methodologies to evaluate institutional compliance with requirements. The CCO maintains a network of compliance resources. The CCO is a subject matter expert in laws and regulations concerned with financial services institutions. As a member of the Executive Team, the CCO is a key leader within the Credit Union organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Graduate degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
- Compliance certification by a national professional organization, such as CUNA’s CUCE or NAFCU’s NCCO designations preferred but not required.

Summary of Primary Functions
Responsible for performing collection activities on delinquent first mortgage loans. Follows up on problem accounts from preliminary phone calls through foreclosure as necessary. Under direction from management will also support the Collection department with mitigating losses of our consumer loans by collecting payments and coordinating payment arrangements while providing superior member service to enhance member relationships. Will perform tasks within established department policies and procedures to assure delinquency ratio is within parameters established by credit union Board of Directors. Make recommendations in response to member inquiries and discrepancies. Complete documentation for special payment arrangements and arrears Perform and document the collection activity on past due accounts, negative shares, and over-the-limit accounts. Position Requirements

The Fraud Manager is the key credit union focal point for all aspects of fraud prevention, detection, and investigation. Applying a holistic approach across the credit union, the Fraud Manager will collaborate with key individuals and functions to ensure a robust fraud posture. The Fraud Manager will analyze existing controls and procedures to evaluate opportunities for improvement and will investigate and analyze successful and attempted fraud to determine whether procedural or systemic enhancements are required to minimize recurrence.
The Fraud Manager will oversee staff and systems to detect and identify fraud attempts and implement procedural safeguards to minimize losses. The Fraud Manager will evaluate fraud cases to assess liability pursuant to law and regulations. The Fraud Manager will develop and maintain comprehensive reporting on losses and attempts by fraud type, monitor trends in credit union experience, and maintain awareness of evolving frauds arising across the industry. The Fraud Manager will communicate across the credit union to ensure awareness of fraud types and proper procedures and perform training on new procedures or systems. Provides counsel to new and existing members in regards to the various credit union services with an emphasis on all current promotions. Performs assigned member transactions as required. Depending on location and branch volume, may be required to support other departments as needed up to 75% of the time, including but not limited to inbound and outbound member service phone calls.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- This position requires qualified candidates to have a minimum of 2 years of previous member service experience, preferably with a CU/bank, and the ability to resolve routine member inquiries.
- The Teller I/II will be responsible for performing assigned teller tasks associated with the processing of member transactions as required.
- These transactions include, but are not limited to, receiving and disbursing funds in accordance with all credit union policies and procedures, processing mail transactions, and processing authorized account changes.
- Successful candidates will have a successful record of accomplishment of working within established guidelines, managing multiple tasks, and consistently attending to defined priorities within each business day.
Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges:
Teller I: $15.28/hr - $21.39/hr
Teller II: $17.75/hr- $24.85/hr
