How It Works (Your 30-Day Process)

Your relocation just got easier! This is a streamlined three-step process designed to integrate with your employer's relocation benefits:

At Closing NGFCU pays the total amount of your eligible closing costs directly to the fee originator on your behalf. Date of Mortgage Loan Commencement.
During the 30 Days You submit the documentation to your employer to receive your reimbursement funds. Within the 30-day interest-free period.

* To be eligible for the program, Borrowers must be current NGFCU account holders who are (1) relocating as the result of an employer requirement, (2) purchasing a new, owner-occupied home, and (3) receive a relocation reimbursement from their employer. NGFCU provides an interest-free period of thirty (30) days from the Mortgage Loan commencement date for the Borrowers to repay the closing costs paid by NGFCU on the Borrowers’ behalf. Borrowers are required to sign a promissory note and disclosure at closing which only executes if the 30-day repayment fails which converts the amount owed to a consumer loan at the maximum rate allowed by the National Credit Union Administration.
