Create your online banking account

To take advantage of NGFCU online banking features and functions, you must first create your username and password. Just click the Register button below and follow the simple instructions.

Be sure to create a strong password that is easy to remember. You may want to use one of the numerous strong random password generators available online. Do not share your password with anyone at any time. No one at NGFCU will ever ask for your password. If you forget your password, NGFCU will provide you with a temporary one so you can create a new password.

As an extra layer of protection, you’ll be asked to choose answers for several security questions when you create your online banking account.

If you can’t find your online banking username or password, please call NGFCU at 800-633-2848, anytime. We will be happy to help you reset your login credentials.

Mobile Banking

Once you’ve created your NGFCU online banking account, you’re ready to access the added convenience of mobile banking. You can make mobile deposits, check balances, pay bills and more.

Just download NGFCU’s free mobile banking app at the App Store on your iPhone or at the Play Store on your Android. Search “Northrop Grumman” to find our mobile banking app icon. Download the app and log in using your online banking username and password.

For quick access to your accounts on your mobile device, you can log in using Touch/Face ID or a four-digit PIN. Use this feature to access all mobile banking features except bill pay and P2P transactions.

Mobile Deposit

It’s never been more convenient to deposit checks to your NGFCU account using your smart phone or other mobile device. Simply endorse the check and write “For mobile deposit only to NGFCU.” Choose Make a Deposit on the mobile app. Then take photos of the front and back of the check using the camera on your smart phone or mobile device. You’ll receive instant confirmation of your deposit.

Online Bill Payment Service

You can schedule fixed and variable bill payments on both a one-time and recurring basis through NGFCU online or mobile banking. Funds are automatically transferred from your checking account to your designated payees, and a confirmation number is provided for each transaction.

eStatements

With an NGFCU online or mobile banking account, you no longer need to receive monthly or quarterly account statements by mail. Simply log in to your account and select eStatements from the menu. You’ll find your most current statement as well as several years of archived statements at your fingertips.

NGFCU will notify you by email when your eStatement is available days before you’d receive your paper statement by mail.
