Protecting our heroes who protect us
SCRA offers financial protection benefits, so you don’t have to worry when you're away.
What is the SCRA?
The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) is designed to protect members of the U.S. Armed Forces from unfair enforcement of certain civil obligations so they can better focus their attention and energy to national defense.
Key features of the SCRA include a 6% interest rate cap on loans initiated prior to active duty, and protections for foreclosures, liens, and certain legal proceedings.
If you fall within any of these categories you may qualify for SCRA benefits.
