NGFCU seeks feedback to continuously enhance the member experience. That’s why we have partnered with industry leading Medallia to help us gather valuable input from you, our member-owners, on an ongoing basis.
Starting August 31, 2022, Medallia will start sending survey invitations via email to some NGFCU members. The email will invite members to click on a link to complete a short online survey.
If you receive an email from Medallia on our behalf, please take a few moments to complete the short survey. Rest assured that you will not be asked for personal or private information, the questions will simply be related to your experience with NGFCU.
