1 NGFCU will attempt to match or lower the total loan cost from another competitor’s Loan Estimate if borrower proceeds with an NGFCU mortgage. Total loan costs are inclusive of loan rate, fees, and closing costs. Borrower must present competitor’s loan estimate to qualify for the offer. Loan estimate must be valid and must have been issued by lender within the past two business days of submission to NGFCU. Applicable to 30-year fixed rate conforming loan only.
