Using the_Max! eBranch

the_Max! eBranch is the fast and convenient way to manage your finances on the Internet, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check your balance, transfer funds, pay your bills, and open new suffix accounts. You have the freedom to manage your accounts on your time schedule. With the_Max! eBranch, you keep your finances organized conveniently, safely and securely, and available anytime you want. Whether you're at home, at work, or traveling, the_Max! eBranch makes it easy and more fun to manage your account.

Using the_Max! eBranch

Navigate to our home page by clicking our logo in the banner above. On the homepage you'll see a box for the_Max! eBranch login credentials. There, you'll also notice a Register button.

To take advantage of all the features and functions the_Max! eBranch has to offer, you must first establish a User ID and special password after clicking the register button on the Max! eBranch login panel. Follow the instructions to gain access. Simply follow the instructions entering your "person number" and PIN when requested.

Then you'll also invent a new password that is easy for you to remember and only you know. Do not share your password with anyone, at any time, under any circumstances. No one at the Credit Union will ever ask you for your password. If you forget your password, we will reset your password and provide you with a temporary one.

As an important added layer of security to your login, you'll also choose answers to several security questions.

If you can't find your "person number" or PIN, please call the Credit Union while at your computer at 800-633-2848 during call center hours, Monday - Friday, 5 am to 6pm Pacific. We will be happy to guide you through the registration process.

the_Max! Mobile

Access the most of the convenient services of the_Max! eBranch on the_Max! mobile from the convenience of your mobile device anytime, anywhere. First, download the Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union's free mobile app at the App Store on your iPhone or at the Play Store on your Android. Simply search for Northrop Grumman and you'll see the blue the_Max! icon come up. Click Download. If you haven't already registered for the_Max!, you can log in with your person number and PIN by selecting the Need a Login? option. If you've previously registered, sign in using your user name and password you set up on the_Max! eBranch. The first time you log into the_Max! Mobile, a security code will be sent to your email address on file. You will need to enter the security code into the app in order to register your device on your account.

For a quick look at your accounts, you can set up Quick Access. Quick Access allows you to log into mobile banking using Touch/Face ID or a four-digit PIN. Quick Access can be set up from the app menu. Quick Access can only be enabled for one account per device and allows access to Account Summary, Account History, Make a Deposit, and Cashback Rewards. To access all other features of mobile banking, you will be required to enter your User ID and Password.

Security Tips

  • Never reveal your PIN or password. This includes your Call 24 PIN or the password that you created when you signed up for the_Max! eBranch.
  • Use the Logout icon to end your session on the_Max! eBranch. This will expire all the cookies that were set in your session.
  • The amount of time you can remain inactive before being automatically logged out of the_Max! eBranch can be set under Online Services. It is prudent to keep this time setting as short as possible.
  • It is recommended that you balance your account at least once a month so that any discrepancies can be reported to us in a timely manner.
