1 NGFCU will attempt to match or reduce the total loan cost from another competitor’s Loan Estimate if borrower proceeds with an NGFCU mortgage. Total loan costs include loan rate, fees, and closing costs. Borrower must present competitor’s loan estimate to qualify for the offer. Loan estimate must be locked and must have been issued by lender within the past two business days of submission to NGFCU. Applicable to 30-year fixed rate conforming loans only. If NGFCU cannot match or reduce other lender’s loan estimate pricing, NGFCU will deposit $100 into member’s NGFCU share savings account on or after the last business day of the month submitted. Must be an NGFCU member in good standing in to qualify for this offer. Maximum of one (1) $100 payment per membership account during the calendar year. Promotion is subject to change without notice and can be canceled at any time.
