the_Max! eBranch

the_Max! eBranch is the fast and convenient way to manage your finances on the Internet, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check your balance, transfer funds, pay your bills, and open new suffix accounts. You have the freedom to manage your accounts on your time schedule. With the_Max! eBranch, you keep your finances organized conveniently, safely and securely, and available anytime you want. Whether you're at home, at work, or traveling, the_Max! eBranch makes it easy and more fun to manage your account.

Using the_Max! eBranch

Navigate to our home page by clicking our logo in the banner above. On the homepage you'll see a box for the_Max! eBranch login credentials. There, you'll also notice a Register button.

To take advantage of all the features and functions the_Max! eBranch has to offer, you must first establish a User ID and special password. Click the register button on the Max! eBranch login panel and follow the instructions to gain access entering your "person number" and PIN when requested.

Then you'll also invent a new password that is easy for you to remember and only you know. Do not share your password with anyone, at any time, under any circumstances. No one at the Credit Union will ever ask you for your password. If you forget your password, we will reset your password and provide you with a temporary one.

As an added layer of security, you'll also choose answers to several security questions.

If you can't find your "person number" or PIN, please call the Credit Union while at your computer at 800-633-2848 during call center hours, Monday - Friday, 5 am to 6pm Pacific. We will be happy to guide you through the registration process.

the_Max! mobile

After you've registered for the_Max! eBranch, you're all set to access the added convenience of mobile access to your accounts and many other mobile services.

The first thing you must do is download the Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union's free mobile app at the App Store on your iPhone or at the Play Store on your Android. Simply search for Northrop Grumman and you'll see the blue the_Max! icon come up. Download the app and sign in using your user name and password you established to log in to the_Max! eBranch.

Quick Access For a quick look at your accounts on your mobile device, you can set up Quick Access that allows you to log in to the_Max! mobile using Touch/Face ID or a four-digit PIN. Quick Access can be set up from the app menu and can only be enabled for one account per device. Use Quick Access to view your account summary, account history, and cashback rewards, and to make a deposit.

To access all other features of the_Max! mobile, you will required to enter your User ID and Password.

Bill Payment Service

Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union offers bill payment as part of the_Max! eBranch. This convenient service allows members to schedule fixed and variable payment of bills to payees on both a one-time and recurring basis. Funds are automatically transferred from your checking account to your designated payees, and a confirmation number is provided as a record of each transaction. Bill Payer can be accessed from both the_Max! eBranch and the_Max! mobile.


You no longer need to receive printed monthly or quarterly account statements at your home or address of record. Once you have access to the_Max! eBranch, you have access to your statements online, as well. Simply log in to the_Max!eBranch or the_Max mobile and select eStatements from the menu. You have the most current staement and resource for several years of archived statements at your fingertips.

You won't need to store your statements or worry about retrieving them if you ever need them. You can simply login to the_Max! eBranch and print out the statements you need. All you need is a computer with Internet access and a printer attached to it.

There are no restrictions to continue receiving paper statements, but you can easily opt out of receiving them if you want to. The Credit Union will notify you by e-mail when your statement is available online, days before you would receive you would receive your paper statement in the mail.

eStatements is one more way NGFCU is making your lifestyle a little better.
