the_Max! eBranch

the_Max! eBranch is the fast and convenient way to manage your finances on the Internet, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check your balance, transfer funds, pay your bills, open new suffix accounts, or deposit checks using a scanner equipped computer. You have the freedom to manage your accounts on your time schedule. With the_Max! eBranch, you keep your finances organized conveniently, safely, and securely anytime you want. Whether you're at home, at work, or traveling, the_Max! eBranch makes it easy and more fun to manage your account.

Using the_Max! eBranch

To take advantage of all the features and functions the_Max! eBranch has to offer, you must first establish a User ID and special password after clicking the register button on the Max! eBranch login panel and follow the instructions to gain access. If you have a Northrop Grumman FCU account, you will need to use your Call 24 PIN during the registration process. If you don't have a Call 24 PIN or if the Call 24 PIN you are using doesn't allow you to register, you will need to call Max Support at 800-633-2848, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific.

the_Max! App

Using an Apple or Android device with Internet access, you can download the_Max app to gain the ability to check accounts, make transfers, pay a bill using Bill Pay, find a nearby CO-OP Shared Branch or ATM, and deposit checks using your iPhone, iPad, or Android phone or tablet.

Bill Payment Service

Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union offers bill payment as part of the_Max! eBranch. This convenient service allows members to schedule fixed and variable payment of bills to payees on both a one-time and recurring basis. Funds are automatically transferred from your checking account to your designated payees, and a confirmation number is provided as a record of each transaction. For your protection, the bill payer service is accessible only when you login to the_Max! eBranch.


You no longer need to receive printed monthly or quarterly account statements sent to your home or address of record. You can simply login to the_Max! eBranch and select eStatements from the menu. You have the most current statement and a resource for several years of archived statements at your fingertips. Once you have access to the_Max! eBranch, you have access to your statements online, as well.

You won't need to store your statements or worry about retrieving them if you ever need them. You can simply login to the_Max! eBranch and print out the statements you need. All you need is a computer with Internet access and a printer attached to it.

There are no restrictions to continue receiving paper statements, but you can easily opt out of receiving them if you want to. If you decide to opt out of receiving paper statements, the Credit Union will notify you by e-mail when your statement is available each month, days before you would receive your paper statement in the mail. But if you aren't interested in receiving e-mail notifications of statement availability, you can opt out of that as well.
