eStatements

Terms & Conditions Applicable to eStatements

Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union offers you the option to stop the mailing of hard copies of your periodic account statements to your address of record. The Credit Union already makes available to every accountholder access to their periodic account statements electronically in the form of an eStatement on the_Max! eBranch. This service is available whether or not you receive hard copies of your statements, or whether or not you have given us the ability to notify you by e-mail when the current eStatement is available. An archive that gives you access to eStatements for at least the last five years is maintained on the_Max! eBranch.

When you first login to the_Max! eBranch, you will be given the opportunity to set your preferences to receive or not receive paper statements. You may also establish a preference for receiving or not receiving e-mail notifications of electronic statement availability. In order to notify you of the availability of your statement, you agree to keep your e-mail address current on your account. You may notify the Credit Union of an e-mail address change online in the_Max! eBranch; by calling 800-633-2848; by writing the Credit Union at Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union, Box Number 47009, Gardena, CA 90247-6809; or by submitting the change at a Credit Union branch office.

To receive electronic statements, you must have the following minimum hardware and software: a device and browser that allows secure access to the Internet and the ability to view content.

If you are using a screen reader and need assistance using this website, please call 800-633-2848.
